As Your Teacher and Your Guide…

Energy healing is sacred. In a world where Reiki and Spirituality is becoming increasingly commercialized, my approach remains rooted in honoring its true essence. I teach Reiki not as a trend, but as a deeply spiritual practice—one that meets you exactly where you are on your journey. 

You don’t need to be “healed” to begin. Healing is a continuous journey of growth, not a final destination.

You don’t need to have your energy fully “aligned.” Part of our work together is guiding you to understand your unique energetic foundation—your base energy—and how to work with it intentionally and compassionately. 

You also don’t need to have crystals, a pendulum, special tools, or any external items to start your Reiki journey. While many practitioners incorporate crystals and other tools as supportive aids—and I fully honor and respect that, as everything is energy—these are not requirements. Reiki flows through you. Your presence, intention, and willingness to learn are what matter most.

Reiki is not a one-size-fits-all practice. Each of us connects with energy in our own way. My role is to support you in discovering how you feel, channel, and work with Reiki—through practice, knowledge, and deep self-awareness.
